999Tee Canada is a Canada-facing store, but custom production and fulfillment may be handled from India, Canada, or other locations depending on the product and order requirements.
At present, most custom production may be handled from India.
Our main focus is custom and made-to-order products. Some products may be available as standard designs, while others may be customized with your text, logo, artwork, or design requirements.
Custom Orders and Design Preview
After you place your order and provide the required design details, we prepare a preview for your approval. Once the preview is finalized and approved, the order moves into production.
The usual process is:
- Place your order.
- Share your design, logo, text, or customization details.
- Receive a preview within 3 business days.
- Review and approve the preview.
- Production begins after approval.
- The order is dispatched after production is completed.
We usually share the design preview within 3 business days after receiving your order, payment confirmation, and all required artwork or customization details.
If the artwork or instructions are incomplete, unclear, or not suitable for production, the preview may take longer until we receive the required information.
Yes, you can request changes before approving the preview. Please review the preview carefully and share all required corrections before final approval.
Once the preview is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Please check the spelling, logo, design, colour, product type, placement, size, quantity, and all customization details carefully.
Once you approve the preview, the order will move into production based on that approval.
If a spelling mistake, wrong logo, wrong placement, wrong colour, or any other customer-provided error is approved by you, we may not be able to cancel, refund, replace, or correct the order after production starts.
Please review your preview carefully before approval.
Yes. You can provide your own logo, artwork, text, or design instructions for customization.
By submitting artwork or a logo, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it.
Yes. We may refuse or cancel a design or order if the content is unlawful, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, technically unsuitable, or not appropriate for production.
Production and Shipping
After your preview is finalized and approved, production usually takes 3–5 business days.
Production time may vary depending on product type, order quantity, artwork complexity, material availability, and production load.
The shipping timeline starts after your order is produced and dispatched.
It does not start from the order date or preview date.
After dispatch, estimated delivery to Canada is usually 10–15 business days.
This timeline may vary depending on courier movement, customs or import processing, holidays, weather, address issues, and other factors outside our control.
A typical custom order timeline is:
- Preview: within 3 business days
- Production after approval: 3–5 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 10–15 business days
The total timeline may vary depending on how quickly the preview is approved and how smoothly courier movement takes place.
Yes, we currently ship within Canada.
At the moment, our main focus is Canada. We may expand international shipping in the future.

Courier partners may vary depending on destination, package type, service availability, and shipping method. The courier details will be shared once your order is shipped.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details by email, SMS, or through your order status page.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier. Sometimes tracking may take time to update after pickup, during transit, or during customs/import processing.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, you can contact us at support@999tee.ca.

We will try to help if the order has not yet shipped. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
999Tee Canada is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, return-to-sender shipments, or reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment is charged when you place your order through the checkout.
Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, customization charges, and applicable fees will be shown before checkout wherever applicable.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once the preview has been approved and/or production has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled because the product is custom-made for you.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the preview has not been approved and production has not started, we may be able to help.
After approval or production start, changes may not be possible.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale and cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect due to our error, lost as confirmed by the courier, or otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not offer exchanges for custom or made-to-order products.
Please check the product details and size information carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@999tee.ca.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If the customization is materially different from the approved preview due to our error, we will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.
If the mistake was present in the preview approved by you, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or correction.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Once processed by us, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges, rush charges, design/setup fees, customization charges, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or required by applicable law.
Please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbours, building reception, mailroom, concierge, or security.
Then contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan at support@999tee.ca.
We will help review the case where possible. A package marked delivered by the courier does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
Yes. We can review bulk and corporate custom order requirements.
