This Shipping Policy explains how production, dispatch, shipping, delivery, customs, address issues, and delivery-related concerns are handled for orders placed through 999Tee Canada, operated by 9621555 Canada Inc.

2. Where Orders Are Fulfilled From

999Tee Canada is a Canada-facing store. However, orders may be produced and shipped from India, Canada, or other fulfillment locations depending on product type, customization method, availability, and operational requirements.

At present, most custom production and fulfillment may be handled from India.

3. Design Preview Timeline

For custom orders, we may share a design preview within 3 business days after receiving:

If the provided artwork or instructions are incomplete, unclear, low-quality, or unsuitable for production, we may contact you for additional details. In such cases, the preview timeline may pause until we receive the required information.

4. Production Timeline

Once the design preview is finalized and approved, estimated production time is usually 3–5 business days.

Production timelines may vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization method, artwork complexity, material availability, production load, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Production does not begin until the preview is approved, unless the product or order process states otherwise.

5. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

After production is completed and the order is dispatched, estimated delivery time to Canada is usually 10–15 business days.

This delivery estimate starts from the dispatch date, not the order date.

6. Current Shipping Area

We currently ship to Canada.

We may expand shipping to international locations in the future. If international shipping becomes available, shipping availability, delivery timelines, duties, taxes, and courier options may vary by country.

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping rates may depend on package size, weight, destination, shipping method, courier availability, and any promotional free-shipping offers.

Any applicable product taxes, shipping charges, or mandatory fees will be displayed at checkout where required.

8. Customs and Import Processing

Because some orders may be produced or shipped from outside Canada, including from India, shipments may go through customs or import processing.

Customs or import processing may affect delivery timelines. Any applicable charges or requirements, if relevant to an order, will be handled according to the checkout details, courier process, and applicable laws.

999Tee Canada is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, documentation checks, or destination-country requirements.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email, SMS, or through your order status page.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier. There may be delays in tracking updates after the package is picked up, during transit, or during customs processing.

10. Courier Partners

Our courier partner may vary depending on destination, package type, service availability, and shipping method.

Because courier partners may change from time to time, the courier shown in your tracking details may differ by order.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us and we will help review the case where possible.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please check your name, street address, unit/apartment number, city, province, postal code, phone number, and email address carefully before placing the order.

999Tee Canada is not responsible for delays, lost packages, return-to-sender shipments, customs issues, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.

13. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@999tee.ca with your order number.

We will try to help if the order has not yet shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Address changes are not guaranteed.

14. Failed Delivery Attempts and Refused Packages

If the courier attempts delivery and the package is refused, not accepted, not collected, or returned to us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, reshipping, customs, brokerage, or handling charges.

For custom and made-to-order products, refusal of delivery does not cancel the order and does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

15. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package may be lost, contact us at support@999tee.ca.

We may need to open an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations can take time, and we may need the customer’s cooperation, including address confirmation, non-receipt declaration, or other details requested by the courier.

If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the order and circumstances.

16. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

A package marked delivered by the courier does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will review such cases based on courier records, delivery proof, investigation results, and applicable law.

17. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@999tee.ca.

18. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, production timing, packaging requirements, or courier restrictions.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Bulk orders, corporate orders, and large custom orders may have longer preview, production, and shipping timelines.

Estimated timelines for these orders may be communicated separately by email or during the order process.

We currently focus on shipping within Canada, but we may expand to other countries in the future.

For international orders, delivery timelines, shipping rates, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and import requirements may vary by destination country. Any international shipping terms shown at checkout or communicated for a specific order will apply to that order.
