By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, approving a preview, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website.

2. Our Products and Services

999Tee Canada sells custom and made-to-order apparel and accessories, including but not limited to caps, t-shirts, embroidered products, printed products, personalized merchandise, and related products.

Orders may be fulfilled from India, Canada, or other fulfillment locations depending on production requirements, availability, and business operations.

Because many of our products are custom-made based on customer-selected details, special terms apply to design approval, production, cancellation, shipping, returns, and refunds.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Product Information

We do our best to display product colours, sizes, materials, embroidery, printing, placement, and customization previews as accurately as possible.

However, final product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, thread shade, print method, embroidery method, production limitations, handmade/custom production, and batch variation.

Minor differences in colour, placement, scale, stitching, print finish, texture, or material appearance are normal in custom production and will not be treated as defects.

5. Customer Artwork, Logos, Text, and Designs

When you upload, submit, email, or provide any artwork, logo, name, image, text, trademark, phrase, or design to 999Tee Canada, you confirm that:

You are responsible for the spelling, grammar, design details, layout, logo quality, colour choice, placement, and approval of any content submitted or confirmed by you.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any order or design at our discretion, including designs that may be unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, technically unsuitable, or not appropriate for production.

6. Design Preview and Approval

For custom orders, we may provide a design preview, mockup, or proof before production.

Our estimated timeline to share a design preview is usually within 3 business days after receiving the required order details, payment, and usable artwork or design instructions.

Production will begin only after the preview is finalized and approved, unless the product or order process states otherwise.

You must carefully review all details before approving a preview, including spelling, logo, design, placement, size, colour, product type, and quantity.

Once a preview is approved and production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

7. Production Timeline

After the design preview is finalized and approved, estimated production time is usually 3–5 business days.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on product type, quantity, artwork complexity, material availability, production load, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If we need additional information from you, production timelines will pause until the required information or approval is received.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or through the website. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted unconditionally.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, design concerns, production limitations, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

9. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, customization charges, setup fees, rush charges, and any other applicable charges will be displayed before checkout wherever applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be fulfilled from India, Canada, or other fulfillment locations depending on product type, customization method, availability, and operational requirements.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

After production is completed and the order is dispatched, estimated delivery time to Canada is usually 10–15 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because most products are custom-made or made-to-order, they are generally final sale once approved and/or production has started.

Custom products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect due to our error, lost as confirmed by the courier, or otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, offers, and coupons are subject to their own terms and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Only one discount or promotional offer may be allowed per order unless clearly stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

13. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep website information accurate and updated. However, errors may occasionally occur, including pricing errors, product availability errors, typographical mistakes, or outdated information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or modify product details at any time, including after an order has been placed.
