Artwork & Digital Preview

Upload a clear photo of your pet. We’ll convert it into embroidery-ready artwork while keeping the most recognizable features of your pet.

Fine fur, shadows, very small details and some colours may be simplified or adjusted so they can be embroidered clearly.

Your digital preview will be emailed within 3 business days. The first preview and up to 3 minor revisions are included.

Major artwork changes or a completely new design direction may require an additional charge. We’ll confirm this with you before making any changes.

Thread texture and colour may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Production begins only after you approve your digital preview.

After approval, your custom pet cap is produced and delivered to Canada in approximately 10–15 business days.

Shipping is free across Canada. Orders may ship from India, and customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may apply.

Because each cap is custom made after your approval, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted for change of mind, fit or incorrect details submitted with your order.

If your cap arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved design, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Loved the final result. The preview process made ordering easy, and the embroidered actually looks so much like Cooper. The cap quality feels really solid too.

This cap turned out even sweeter than I expected. The little embroidered face has so much personality, and the white thread really pops against the black cap. I’ve already worn it a few times and people keep asking where I got it made. It feels personal without being too loud, which I love.

This came out way better than I expected. The embroidery actually looks like our Saint Bernard, and the raised stitching feels really nice. Love the black trucker cap too. Super happy with it.
