Your pet image will be converted into a clean embroidery-friendly design for the best 3D Puff result. Raised 3D Puff embroidery works best with bold shapes and clear details, so very fine features may be simplified slightly to keep the final cap clean, premium, and suitable for embroidery.

An embroidery preview will be shared for confirmation within 3 days after your order is placed. Once the preview is confirmed, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.
