Your pet photo will be converted into embroidery-ready artwork. Fine fur, shadows, very small features and some colours may be simplified or adjusted so the design can be stitched clearly.

We’ll email your digital preview within 3 business days. Your first preview and up to three minor revisions are included. Major artwork changes or a completely new design direction may involve an additional charge, which we will confirm before proceeding.

We’ll email your digital preview within 3 business days. Production begins only after you approve it.

After approval, your cap is embroidered in India within 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 10–15 business days for delivery to Canada.

Free shipping is included across Canada. Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

As your cap is made just for you, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted for change of mind, fit or incorrect details submitted with your order. If it arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved design, we’ll make it right.
