Artwork & Digital Preview

Upload a clear photo of your pet. We’ll convert it into embroidery-ready artwork while keeping the most recognizable features of your pet.

Fine fur, shadows, very small details and some colours may be simplified or adjusted so they can be embroidered clearly.

If you choose 3D Puff Embroidery, selected areas of the design will have a more raised, dimensional finish while finer facial details remain flatter for clarity. Flat Embroidery creates a smoother stitched finish throughout the design.

Your digital preview will be emailed within 3 business days. The first preview and up to 3 minor revisions are included.

Major artwork changes or a completely new design direction may require an additional charge. We’ll confirm this with you before making any changes.

Thread colour, texture and final embroidery may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Product Care
  • Spot clean gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly over the embroidery
  • Air dry in the shade
  • Store in a cool, dry place to help maintain its shape and finish
Shipping & Returns

Production begins only after you approve your digital preview.

After approval, your custom pet cap is produced and delivered to Canada in approximately 10–15 business days.

Shipping is free across Canada. Orders may ship from India, and customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may apply.

Because each cap is custom made after your approval, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted for change of mind, fit or incorrect details submitted with your order.

If your cap arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved design, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
